While being members of RMP, religious members remain as members of their respective congregation, and priests of their dioceses.

The exposure program started out as an activity by which the church people and their lay workers were helped to become aware of social situation. It had a great impact and served as an eye-opener and a challenge of living out the basics of Christian life.

Sister Fam is a religious nun of the Missionary Sisters of Mary (MSM) for 19 years now. Her lowly roots brought her in the service of the downtrodden, and has been a staunch defender of indigenous people's rights having served as the coordinator of the Indigenous Peoples' Apostolate of the MSM for more than a decade. She is an educator by profession, having a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education, and is now currently taking-up MA in Educational Management.
